Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook 2–3 min per side until pink and opaque.

Stir in lemon juice and remaining butter. Toss to coat.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
