Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

Melt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Gently fold in melted chocolate and butter mixture.

Add flour and fold until just combined.

Divide batter evenly into ramekins.

Bake for 12–14 minutes, until edges are set but centers still soft.

Let rest 1 min, then invert onto plates. Serve warm.
